On October 23, 2018 at 7:00 at the Cowboy Church, the Peyton Pines HOA Board will hold a meeting to begin the discussions on updating the bylaws and covenants of Peyton Pines. Committees will be established to start the work on several topics:
- Changes and/or updating the bylaws
- Changes to covenants
- Bridle Path Easements
This meeting will be just the beginning of the process. No changes to any of these items will be made at this meeting, but it will be one of multiple opportunities for all to comment and give opinions. Once the final product is ready to present to the members/lot owners, we will make sure that the appropriate process in effect is followed to secure approval of any and all changes.
We hope that we can get a few more volunteers to assist with these very important topics. It is very important to get input from across the spectrum of lot owners and members.
